SPARK Academy is an onsite, comprehensive after-school program at Baldwin, Brightwood, Fremont, Garfield, Marguerita, Monterey Highlands, Park, Ramona, Repetto, and Ynez Elementary schools.
The festival will be on Valley Boulevard from Garfield to Almansor and includes 250 booths, some with featured activities, such as a dragon boat rowing station, an auto square, children's workshops, a health fair, and cultural demonstrations that provide festival-goers with a taste of Asian culture.
